How soon do my cookies ship out?
Every cookie is baked fresh when you order! We aim to bake and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once your cookies leave our kitchen, delivery usually takes 1-2 more business days, depending on your location. Deliciousness incoming!
Can I change my order after placing it?
We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so changes aren't always possible. If your order hasn’t entered the packing phase, reach out, and we’ll do our best!
How should I store my cookies?
Keep your cookies at room temperature in a cool, dry place to maintain peak freshness. Your box includes a best-before date and some tips on keeping your treats in top shape.
Can I choose specific flavours?
Cookies are purchased by the box of 6. You can choose a box of each specific flavour or our mixed flavour box. You cannot choose the flavours that are in the mixed box. These flavours are listed on the product description page.
Are your cookies safe for those with nut allergies?
Our cookies are made in an open kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we can’t guarantee a nut-free environment.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to two weeks thanks to their small-batch,
preservative-free baking. If you’re not devouring them right away, pop them in
the freezer—they’ll stay good for up to a month!
My order is delayed. What should I do?
If your order is taking longer than expected and hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, shoot us an email at bakers@blackoutcookieco.com, and we’ll help track it down!
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, send us an email via our contact us page and we will go from there.
Do you exchange/refund orders?
We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality cookies right to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns. Please include photos and details of the issue to help us address it promptly.
